My dryer had an issue. I texted to this store and they told me 80 euros for diagnosis and if it's something small we gonna fix it right away ,if it's a big problem we do a follow up so we order parts etc. He came the next day 2 hours later from the schedule time without even give a notice on time. He opened my dryer really fast and immediately he started saying : omg big problem and huge problem. Then he asked for 2-3 hours to take my dryer at his store to clean it and he asked plus 125 eyros. (125+80) I told him no leave it as it is and I payed him. Next day I called another technician to see the dryer ,he cleaned everything inside out in 30 mins for 50 euros. My dryer is working properly now. I would NOT recommend this store.

Good and positive experience with this guy, he is reliable and professional, he knows what he is doing. First, he diagnosed my old dishwasher, and then helped to install the new dishwasher. There were issues with new dishwasher, and through the video call, he helped me to fix it. Probably one of the best specialists you can find in Rotterdam. Recommended!
