I've never experienced such a bad service in my life. I initially had a drainage problem with my washing machine, and I had a technician coming to check it. He cleaned the drainage, and after he left, the machine was not pumping water anymore. I called them back and asked for support, and they ordered a pump for my washing machine and I've been told I will receive more information. I haven't heard from them, so I started to call. They told me they are too busy, so I should just text on Whatsapp. And that was the worst customer service I experienced so far. I asked for pricing and timeline, I haven't received any. Not even an answer. I kept calling back, they told me to just text again on Whatsapp. What followed was a 3 weeks back and forth of promising to follow up on pricing, timeline, etc, with no success. I ended up looking for a different company. I still cannot believe what a bad experience I had with this company. You should consider investing in some training for your customer service employees.
I've called for support with my washing machine. They came even on King's Day, checked and said that it works no so they can't help me but if it breaks again I will get a service for free. I've started recording when the washing machine breaks and try to reach them again for three weeks - leaving voice or text messages. Never called me back. Don't recommend.
Has no decency to call back after fixing and gives reason saying you call too many times. The part gets broken again and we paid money and still don’t get any service. Your team has 0 character and tells me they blocked our number. When you say you will send a person to repair but never comes. We ofcourse will call you multiple times. I will file a complaint soon on you.
Very poor service, first time I called them they came quickly, and left quickly after a few minutes saying the washing machine is working. It's been 2 days I am calling and texting them to come back because the washing machine is not working. They hardly answer on phone calls and text messages..
