I called yesterday because my dryer was only making a humming sound. Martin came by today. After unscrewing the machine, it was immediately clear what the problem was: the belt that drives the motor to rotate the drum was broken. This is a job that requires taking the entire machine apart. After just over an hour, my dryer was working perfectly again. In short: super fast service and at a very reasonable price too (€150 including call-out charges, labor, and parts).
We were having problems with our Siemens dishwasher. We called Martin and immediately received an honest and clear explanation of the possible issues and the expected costs. He resolved the problem quickly and professionally!
