Renovatie | TIVO Bouw en Ontwikkeling

We had to replace our shower tray. Lauren and team helped very fast while understanding the urgency of the fix. The work was done with utmost professionalism and with high quality work. Enjoyed working with them and would highly recommend them for others. Great communications and commitments. Just call Lauren and things get organized quite well. The team also helped with extra bit of small work regarding electricity and some plumbing work along with it for discounted price. Very happy with the results.

We look back with great pleasure on our renovation with TIVO Bouw en Ontwikkeling. From the initial meeting to the final handover, we found the communication to be very pleasant. They were very proactive in thinking things through, communication was clear, and there was always room to adapt when plans changed or new ideas emerged. What we particularly appreciated was their solution-oriented attitude. During a renovation, things don't always go exactly as planned, but whenever something needed to be adjusted or repaired, it was handled quickly and neatly. That gave us a lot of confidence throughout the entire process. We had a lot of contact with Lauren. His positivity was infectious, and he was always there for us. As an interior designer, I sometimes have quite specific and critical requests 😉, but he was proactive in thinking along with us on those as well and always looked for a suitable solution. No question was too much, which made the collaboration very pleasant. The craftsmen who came to our home also deserve a compliment. Everyone worked neatly, correctly, and with respect for our belongings and home. They worked cleanly, and a lot of attention was paid to the finishing touches. This is reflected in the final result, which is of a high standard. We are incredibly happy with our renovated home and look back on a pleasant collaboration. We can therefore wholeheartedly recommend TIVO Bouw en Ontwikkeling to anyone looking for a reliable contractor who delivers quality, honors agreements, and truly thinks along with you.
