Top-notch company and top-notch service. Belinda is also a very nice woman who personally dedicates herself to door matters. Look no further! This is the address for top-quality doors and frames. People always complain, but these people are passionate about their work. It's a shame it's not appreciated, but they shouldn't portray this company in a bad light. It could be that they're extremely busy or that there simply aren't any employees available, or weren't? They only have two hands and two legs, not ten hands or ten legs. I wish the door specialists every success, now and in the future.

We bought these beautiful sliding doors from the door specialist to close off our open staircase. This way, we can cool down the stairs faster in the summer with the air conditioning, and in the winter, no heat rising upstairs... a way to save money, but a very nice one! We started selecting the doors in the showroom in Ridderkerk on November 9, 2024, with Özal helping us. He showed us the different systems in the showroom, and we quickly found the perfect solution. On November 14, someone came by to take measurements. We had a long wait (but that's just how it is these days with doors), but our doors were installed on March 27. The friendly team, consisting of Patrick, Ercin, and an intern, worked from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM to neatly install everything and fit it as tightly as possible against our walls. We are truly delighted and incredibly proud of our beautiful sliding doors with soft close. The decorative molding at the top also completes the whole thing beautifully. Does it make any difference? Absolutely! The temperature in the room is significantly different from the temperature on the stairs, so we achieved what we wanted. We also contacted them after installation about the paint, since the doors are only primed by default. This was done in a friendly and helpful manner: we can soon pick up the same color topcoat from the Door Specialist: fantastic!

What a great service! We had 3 doors and 5 door handles replaced, and they turned out so beautifully. Sometimes we had to reschedule due to busy schedules, but thanks to excellent communication, it wasn't a problem! They even provided aftercare, checking in to see if we were satisfied. That's how it should be, but it doesn't happen often anymore!
