We are extremely satisfied! After speaking to the owner, they were able to come by the very next day to lay the laminate. They were right on time, were very helpful in finding solutions, were very friendly, and the price was also very good. The result turned out truly beautiful: everything is laid straight and fits together perfectly. You can clearly see that these are true professionals. Highly recommended!

They did a very good job with the flooring, and when the PVC model we originally wanted was out of stock, they went out of their way to find a very similar option while keeping the original offer. In the showroom, everything seemed perfect and the service was excellent, but nothing could be further from the truth. Our herringbone floor was quickly scuffed by the installer, and when we reported this to Profloor, we weren't taken seriously and no action was taken. The herringbone floor didn't flow smoothly into the hallway, and the skirting boards had already come loose or were crooked. Unfortunately, the skirting boards still hadn't been installed as agreed. A lot of trouble for a lot of money!
