They do good work
Great company, picked up my Zundapp chain guard today, looks super neat and I was promptly called to say it was ready. Highly recommended for classic car enthusiasts.
"Very satisfied with the approach and complaint handling." I had a tobacco box (pearl) galvanized on request and picked it up on March 10, 2022. Upon returning home, it turned out to be a shoddy job, with a minimal layer of zinc, so the pretreatment was still visible. I complained by email, saying I felt cheated and treated incorrectly and rudely during the phone call. I immediately received a response from Erik Braspenning QSHE (Quality Manager) with a sincere apology and a request to re-galvanize the tobacco box free of charge. The tobacco box was handled perfectly, and I am very pleased with the result and finish. It was mailed back to me and is now back in my possession. Hats off to everyone who contributed... Disastrous company...poor communication. I contacted them about six times, everything was fine. Upon arrival (after driving 50km and now 50km back), it suddenly turned out to be impossible. No, sorry, we no longer have a drum and are outsourcing it. It's been a while, and yet they still ask me to come by? For nothing. Thanks, John vd Zeeuw... Very poor action. Lost a morning and drove 100km for nothing...
Galvanizing and chrome plating, great! Had a batch of old nuts and bolts galvanized... and also had parts for my old Zundapp chromed. Excellent quality! The zinc work took 14 days, but the chrome work, due to rust, grinding, and polishing, took about 10 weeks. But it looks great.
