Strength Factory

This gym is excellent. Premium, new equipment, cold bath, and a nice sauna make it truly unique in Rotterdam. The facility itself is top-notch, and I would definitely return if I were staying in Rotterdam in the future. Due to my new Monday-to-Friday job far from the city, I need to cancel my membership. I want to provide factual feedback regarding an interaction with one of the managers/ hosts, in the hope it helps improve client experience. On my first day, the manager/host with red hair interrupted me multiple times while I was speaking. It happened more than once, so it’s hard to believe it was unintentional. I didn’t react or respond, but it was noticeable. On a second occasion, I asked why the sauna was closed, as it did not make sense to me. Her first response was defensive: “maybe you should look somewhere else if you do not like it here.”. Not a feedback you are expecting to hear from company’s employee. Finally, during a phone call today to confirm my membership cancellation, I spoke with the same host. She asked me so I went to explain why I was calling. She interrupted me, and when I calmly asked if I could finish my point, she told me I was being rude. I simply replied that I just wanted to finish the point she had asked about. I was speaking briefly, calmly, and clearly, yet I was cut off and accused of being rude for requesting basic respectful communication. I am sharing these interactions not as an attack on this host/ manager, but as honest, factual feedback. Other staff members I interacted with were friendly, professional, and easygoing. Overall, the gym itself is excellent, and I would return when possible. I hope this feedback is considered to improve client communication, because this facility deserves recognition, and it is too bad that there is a single bad impression from one staff member.

Strength Factory Rotterdam is an excellent gym. The quality of the equipment really stands out, and the overall design and organization of the space are top-tier. Everything feels intentional, clean, and well laid out, which makes training there a great experience. The recovery area is a huge plus — the saunas and ice bath were fantastic and added real value to the session. It’s clearly catered toward a more high-end gym experience, but it’s done very well. If I were living in Rotterdam, I’d absolutely get a membership. I’ll definitely be back whenever I’m in the city.

One of the best gyms in Rotterdam; if not the best! Highest quality equipment. Absolutely clean and friendly staff and community. Not very crowded as it’s a newly opened. The recovery facility is also very nice. The sauna and ice bath in one place is what I personally was asking for and here they provide. Great environment if you really care about the quality of your training.

Switched from David Lloyd to Strength Factory recently and it was the best decision I've made. Amazing gym with brand new top of the range equipment, everything very well laid out, beautiful, clean and modern facilities with very nice sauna and ice bath in both men's and women's bathrooms. This is genuinely the best gym I've ever been to.

Whether you are into strength training, HIIT, functional workouts, or anything in between, the Strength Factory has got it all. The atmosphere is great and the service is excellent. Definitely my new go-to gym! ♥️
