We called them for service. (My girlfriend, more specific) They took €500 and did not resolve the issue. There was a lack of communication, and they made changes to the boiler without discussing the costs beforehand or explaining what was happening. Worst of all, it is still not working after their visit. I will file a police complaint, contact the ACM, and pursue a small claims court case, in addition to reporting them for fraud through the helpdesk. They need to get out of this business.
We had a problem with the boiler, CV ketel, and called this company, they came immediately to check the issue and told us it needed fixing. They even said the problem was actually dangerous but that they would come to fix the next day. The next day nobody showed up, they didn't communicate it and they didn't answer our calls. I find this the most unprofessional and disrespectful thing ever. My contacts are all dutch, I don't have a foreign phone number, and we resolved the issue with another company not with them.
They helped me fix my problem directly over the phone, free of charge. Amazing service! Thanks
Good experience
Our boiler had stopped working. We were on the phone with Arnold who was very friendly and helped us solve the problem on the phone. Minutes after calling the problem was solved. He was very friendly and helpful!
