Hele mooie winkel/showroom met ontzettend fijne en kundige mensen net een no-nonsense Rotterdamse mentaliteit! We genieten dagelijks van onze recente aankopen, maar ook van de ogenschijnlijk kleine suggesties die grote impact hebben in ons interieur. Absolute aanrader!

DOEN heeft geweldig werk verricht als onze binnenhuis architect, en vervolgens met de projectbegeleiding van de afbouw van ons huis (renovatie van een prachtig monumentaal pand). Ze hebben ons daarmee op een fantastische manier ontzorgd. De mensen van DOEN zijn allemaal gedreven specialisten, die ons op allerlei vlakken hebben geholpen. Het ging daarbij niet alleen om het ontwerp van de constructie en het elektraplan, maar ook om de aanschaf van meubels, en de look and feel van de tapijten en gordijnen. Ze luisterden altijd heel goed naar onze wensen, en kwamen altijd met hele mooie creatieve oplossingen. En daarnaast zijn het ook gewoon hele fijne mensen om mee samen te werken, we hadden altijd het gevoel dat we het samen deden. Wij zijn daarnaast ook zeer te spreken over de onderaannemers die DOEN inschakelt, allemaal kundige en betrouwbare partijen. Het is een kwaliteit van DOEN dat ze zulke goede partijen als partners aan zich weten te binden.<br>Recentelijk hebben we nog enkele "next step' projectjes in ons huis uitgevoerd, waarbij we DOEN hebben gevraagd met ideeën te komen en het project te coördineren. Dat hebben ze weer op zeer kundige wijze gedaan. Dankzij DOEN wonen we in een prachtig huis.

We are very satisfied with the design and coordination work of what DOEN has accomplished with the renovation of our existing house. The design was realized with both DOEN and ourselves and resulted in a beautiful home exactly as we had in mind.<br><br>Of course, as a customer you sometimes want things that may not be technically possible and it was very pleasant to work with them and we always came to a very satisfactory outcome.<br>The cost estimates were reasonably accurate, few negative surprises. The times that we decided to go over budget, was in most cases because we had a certain choice/preference for materials or suppliers/brands. But there was always room for a choice.<br><br>The planning of the renovation of our house took longer than expected. This was largely due to suppliers [3rd parties]. The delivery time of our window frames took a few weeks longer, which meant that the people from DOEN also had to adjust the planning for the floor etc.<br><br>The aftercare was really very good. Small things that still had to be fixed after we had moved into the house were always resolved very quickly. DOEN never made an issue of it. We still wanted to have some things done during the process that were not agreed upon in advance, and they thought along with us and included them in the aftercare planning.<br><br>In addition, there was always a PM that we could reach and someone on site. We received a weekly email about how the planning was going and where answers were needed from us to be able to continue.<br><br>We are very satisfied with the end result! For now, we are done with renovating for a while... but next time we will definitely choose DOEN again!
