DOEN did a fantastic job as our interior architect, and subsequently with the project management of the finishing of our house (renovation of a beautiful monumental building). They unburdened us in a fantastic way. The people at DOEN are all driven specialists who helped us in many different areas. This involved not only the design of the structure and the electrical plan, but also the purchase of furniture, and the look and feel of the carpets and curtains. They always listened very carefully to our wishes and always came up with beautiful, creative solutions. In addition, they are simply very pleasant people to work with; we always felt like we were doing it together. We are also very pleased with the subcontractors DOEN engages; they are all skilled and reliable parties. It is a quality of DOEN that they manage to secure such good parties as partners. Recently, we carried out a few "next step" projects in our house, for which we asked DOEN to come up with ideas and coordinate the project. Once again, they handled this very skillfully. Thanks to DOEN, we live in a beautiful house.

We are very satisfied with the design and coordination work of what DOEN has accomplished with the renovation of our existing house. The design was realized with both DOEN and ourselves and resulted in a beautiful home exactly as we had in mind. Of course, as a customer you sometimes want things that may not be technically possible and it was very pleasant to work with them and we always came to a very satisfactory outcome. The cost estimates were reasonably accurate, few negative surprises. The times that we decided to go over budget, was in most cases because we had a certain choice/preference for materials or suppliers/brands. But there was always room for a choice. The planning of the renovation of our house took longer than expected. This was largely due to suppliers [3rd parties]. The delivery time of our window frames took a few weeks longer, which meant that the people from DOEN also had to adjust the planning for the floor etc. The aftercare was really very good. Small things that still had to be fixed after we had moved into the house were always resolved very quickly. DOEN never made an issue of it. We still wanted to have some things done during the process that were not agreed upon in advance, and they thought along with us and included them in the aftercare planning. In addition, there was always a PM that we could reach and someone on site. We received a weekly email about how the planning was going and where answers were needed from us to be able to continue. We are very satisfied with the end result! For now, we are done with renovating for a while... but next time we will definitely choose DOEN again!
