We are extremely satisfied with the service during the purchase of our new bathroom and toilet. Ample time was taken to listen to our wishes, and a beautiful 3D drawing of the spaces was created. In addition, we received good advice regarding a practical and beautiful layout for the bathroom. Next, we walked through the showroom together to view all the selected tiles and furniture. This helped enormously in visualizing the overall picture. The delivery also went perfectly, and the entire service was excellently arranged from start to finish. When our contractor later needed extra floor tiles, we were helped quickly and very kindly. Highly recommended!
Small but perfectly formed. Not as big as the generic DMG companies. And because of that, personal attention, beautiful 3D design, gorgeous materials, and pragmatic and customer-friendly material delivery. As the icing on the cake, very flexible.
In this rather non-transparent (badkamer) sector, it's so nice to find Oscar and his store. Not only the reliable materials and services, he also introduced and coordinated the "montage" people for us (not part of his service). We appreciate his down-to-earth way of doing business.
I purchased all the materials for my toilet renovation. I am very happy. The people here were always very nice and friendly, always wanting to help the best they can, even though I was not an easy customer. I am happy with the quality of the materials, but mostly with the service during the sales and after the sales. Some months later, I returned to the shop because the toilet got damaged, and they were very helpful and we got the problem solved. Also, if you have kids, it's nice that they have a space for children to play, which leaves you more relaxed to see everything in the shop. I absolutely recommend this place!
After visiting many stores we we're lucky to find this store. While the kids play in the playroom, we got great service, picked up modern looking items and saw them in 3D realistic rendering. Oscar had a lot of patience and great advices based on his years of experience. Attention to detail. We even got coffee.
