The best service I had in Rotterdam. My new keys were really in less than 10 minutes. They work perfectly too. If you can pass by lorenzo, you won’t be disappointed!!

Lorenzo is very friendly and responds quickly even on Sunday Morning. He first asked about the key type via WhatsApp, then came to my house quickly and made the keys on the spot, letting me test it. For keys that weren’t in his stock, he ordered them (about a week) and came back to complete everything as promised. Very reliable service and clear communication throughout. No extra cost for coming to my house. Prices were fair: €12.50 for a standard key and €25 for rarer ones. Thank you!

My friend got stuck in the room after the door got jammed and refused to open no matter what we tried to do . Even at 12 am Lorenzo arrived really quickly and got the door open , he was really friendly , got the job done easily and quickly, without any damage to the door. He also charged me a much better and more reasonable price than any other place I called ! I would definitely recommend 👍
