I met Notary Suzanne Beck at the end of February, and she arranged the tax-neutral contribution to a BV for a client of my firm who was in a general partnership (VOF). It was a complex situation, but she handled it extremely professionally, even though time was limited and everything had to be arranged before April 1st. I can certainly recommend this firm.

Rox legal are the best notary office specializing in real estate in the Netherlands. They are very professional and serving their clients around the clock. Also they're quite connected in the legal space that if you need services that they do not provide, they always provide a quality referral from their network. Very satisfied working with the team.

This notary's office does not work carefully. There were several serious different errors in documents that a notary's office should not make. The communication is poor, sometimes completely missing and there is no advice/instruction at all. The tone of communication is simply outrageous. We, as paying clients, felt very uncomfortable and had no real trust throughout our dealings with Rox Legal. The fact that this office is licensed to be a notary is a disgrace for the entire profession. The unacceptable communication and lack of care in contracts makes Rox Legal appear in a very dubious image. I would not recommend this notary office to anyone.

I have never encountered a legal office that is worse than RoX Legal. The notary office is extremely unprofessional, non-transparent and rude. When I asked their employee a very basic question about a foreclosed property I was interested in buying, she hung up on me after saying "I don't know." Before, they never replied to any of my emails. Again, the information I requested was very simple. If you're a bank and need to choose a notary to conduct an executorial sale, by any means do not choose this notary office. Their shocking unprofessionalism, lack of transparency and astonishing rudeness will very likely deter potential buyers and thus probably result in the property being sold underpriced.
