Negative Experience I sent an email requesting a quote and received an automatic reply stating that someone would contact me within two business days. After this period passed, I sent a follow-up email but received the same automatic response again. Four days later, I tried calling. It was difficult to get assistance in English at first, as they insisted I speak only Dutch. I explained several times what I needed and answered their questions, only to be told in the end that they could not accommodate my request due to being fully booked. Unfortunately, employees represent the company, and uncooperative staff damage the reputation of what could otherwise be a reputable organization.
I did notary of my koper for an apartment here. Very happy with my deals here, clear structure, on time appointment, clean communication. Everything handled really well. I recommended.
