Westvaer was not the first notarial office that we have approached for arranging our prenuptial agreement and wills. We have had bad experiences with other offices, mostly due to poor communication. Eventually, we found Westvaer and from the get go matters ran smoothly. The notary assigned to us, Joep Ertem, has given us great attention and advice. And since my Dutch is not yet good enough, all was done with very fluent English from his side. I cannot emphasize enough how helpful Joep was for shaping these documents to our needs and clarifying several important aspects of Dutch civil law. Furthermore, as in the meantime we were also in the process of buying a house, we have also chosen Westvaer for handling those matters, which also went quite smoothly. As a final note, I have to say that the view from their Weena office is amazing. That per se is enough to convince you to pay a visit to them.
