My experience is also similar to that explained by another customer. The so called pest control professionals from this company came by and just put the poison at one place where we mentioned to him as we found the mouse. He didn’t do any inspection. We see more mouse in the house after the poison has been placed, looks like the poison is to attract more mouse and we end up calling them again. Looks like a scam to me. When I called and informed about my experience the person on call said thats the service they provide 86 euro only for placing the poison. Although it has mentioned in the website as guaranteed pest control which is also a lie. Really disappointing.
I would give 0 star if I could. Horrible experience with them. They are nice and polite, but don't know the first thing about pest control. I had a problem with mice in my apartment. They placed poison in my flat and didn't look for holes. The poison did not work at all. And I even had more mice coming to my flat since the poison was attracting them more. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL

Horrible company. They came for a bed bug extermination. Cost 250 for the full service and did not do a proper job, leaving most of the bed bugs still alive and not giving proper instructions on what had to be done to fix the problem. When I contacted them about this they stopped responding. Now I've had to contact an actually competent exterminator to do the job properly, meaning the job is far more expensive than it initially should have been. Edit: I see the service has responded to my review and honestly it's all lies. This amount is how much they charged and after I emailed about the bedbugs still being there they did not respond. DO NOT TRUST THIS SERVICE.
This company is not a professional one and even useless. They came to my salon and did not even check well and only did their work for a few minutes to earn money. After that they said they need to come for more than 2 times to know exactly the problems. They were trying to make more money by saying it was difficult and always want to come more often. Everytime they came i paid neatly. It is okay i can lose my money so that they dont need to come for the third time..What i need for now is the invoices with btw( some tax work) they sent me to my email that couldn't be open. I called them 5 6 times and they blamed each other and promised to contact me for a new invoice. Up to now i didnt hear anything. I called last for another information and they said i paid with cash so i don't need the invoice( ??). Where is this in Netherlands where you cannot have an invoice when you pay with cash. I needed the papers to do something with the tax but it takes me years to get the new one so forget it. I don't recommend this company to you and you have plenties better ones that you can choose. These people are really UNPROFESSIONAL so do not waste your time like i did!!
