Excellent service! We called because we found a rat in the heating system that’s in our bedroom’s floor. When he arrived the rat wasn’t there anymore, but he made sure to check all possible places in our house and to close all the holes to make sure they can’t make it in again. He was super thorough and professional. Highly recommend.
After posting my advertisement, Mr. Rook was the first person I spoke to over the phone. We quickly made an appointment, and he came by on Friday as agreed. I had already had another pest control company come by, but unfortunately, they didn’t solve the problem. After Mr. Rook’s visit, the number of pests dropped significantly. He also gave me very good advice. He remains available for any follow-up questions or aftercare — something the other company didn’t offer. Overall, I would give him a 9 out of 10 !
A quick but also professional service from Ricky Rook. Our storage room in the backyard was filled with wasps! Thankfully we were recommended by our neighbors to contact Ricky who made sure that we could use our storage room again in no time. We contacted Ricky on the Sunday, and he came directly on the Monday. Whole process took only 15 minutes, and we are given advice on moving forward and as well a guarantee where he would comeback if the nest still persisted within 10 days.
He is a good man and he did his job as he promised, he knows what he is doing and he'll answer your questions about the problem. He was on time and very sharp, no problem at all. Called hime for an appointment and was here. I have to say, before he arrives ask him questions of how he can be helpful to you. You might not need him and he only does what he tells you he will. So I don't blame him for that since you could have asked beforehand. Overall, a nice guy who will talk to you while he's helping you with his service.
