Eerst kreeg ik een nieuwe medewerker toegewezen zonder goede begeleiding, terwijl ik veel meer verstand had van de markt en de mogelijkheden om een aantrekkelijk bod te doen dan hij. Nadat ik om iemand met meer ervaring had gevraagd, kreeg ik een twintiger, Mitchell Jansen, die mijn telefoontjes niet beantwoordde en alleen via WhatsApp wilde communiceren. Deze jongen vertrok ook nog eens naar het buitenland voor vakantie, zonder me daarover te informeren, midden in mijn zoektocht naar een huis.<br><br>Uiteindelijk kreeg ik de directeur, Jeffrey Stoffels, te spreken. Hij negeerde mijn verzoek om persoonlijke brieven toe te voegen en hielp me alleen buiten kantooruren, zonder me overdag voldoende tijd te geven.<br><br>Het was echt een vreselijke ervaring met hen. Ik zal ze absoluut niet aanbevelen.
