Very disappointing experience.<br><br>We have been living with severe damp and mould for months. Despite reporting the issue multiple times, sending photos, ventilating the property daily and using dehumidifiers, the problem has only continued to get worse.<br><br>The proposed solution was to replace the ventilation system and repair a broken window, but this does not address the underlying issue. The mould has spread throughout the property and even damaged our belongings.<br><br>Instead of providing a proper solution, we were simply told that we could terminate our tenancy if we wanted to leave.<br><br>I cannot recommend this agency based on our experience.

It was really nice to work with the agency and especially Noah who helped me with the entire process and documents. I found everything really helpful and had really good communication overall. Now I can happily say that I have a place where to live in Rotterdam thanks to them! 😊

I had a wonderful experience with this rental agency-Rotterdam Apartments. Due to my son’s exam, we were unable to attend a viewing in person, but the team handled everything incredibly well. They provided us with a detailed video of the house, which gave us a clear and accurate understanding of the property.<br>What stood out the most was their flexibility and trustworthiness. Even without visiting in person, we were able to complete the entire process smoothly and confidently. Everything was managed professionally, which made the experience stress-free.<br>I would especially like to highlight Ms. Tsveta, the rental consultant, who was exceptional throughout. She was always available to answer any questions, providing prompt and clear responses. She was also easily reachable by phone, and communication was consistently smooth and transparent.<br>The house was exactly as shown in the video—no surprises at all—and it turned out to be a very lovely place. I truly appreciate the excellent service and would highly recommend this agency to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient rental experience.

Worked with them for almost 4 years to first rent out my property and then help me with the sale.<br>Communication was fast and in the end they get the job done, but it’s far away from a quality service.<br>Throughout our collaboration several severe mistakes were made: wrong amounts invoiced, invoices not sent, things forgotten, etc. i had to be on top of everything, basically doing there job. They at least acknowledged their mistakes (even though they blamed other people internally which I find unprofessional) but the icing on the cake was when I sold my apartment through them: No strategic advice on sales price or sales strategy, I had to give them orders and then I found out that the sales agent didn’t show up to a viewing. The main task of a sales agent. But that was not the worst: They completely downplayed the situation and didn’t take any responsibility. Reading other reviews here and how the company is responding to them it fits exactly their company culture. For real estate businesses, unfortunately, it’s too easy to make money so they seemingly get away with below-standard work.<br>There is way better businesses in Rotterdam that deliver way better work and a better experience. Renting, renting out or selling a property is already stressful enough, don’t make it harder on yourself by choosing a company delivering a very poor service…

Wij zijn blij. Dank voor de goede en professionele service. We hadden op korte termijn een appartement nodig. Noah heeft ons geholpen om dit voor elkaar te krijgen in hartje centrum. Goed bezig!!

Wat een geweldig bedrijf, dit is het beste bedrijf ter wereld!!! Eindelijk na zoveel jaar heb ik een huis kunnen huren, 10+ jaren bezig geweest maar door vooral de geweldige Noah is het toch gelukt!!!!!! Zo ongelofelijk gelukkig
