I would not recommend this agency. Worst
I would NOT recommend their services AT ALL because they would ignore landlord's request and send invoice for the services even the termination letter was sent. And then escalated the bill to incasso to threat landlord to pay the bill. It is the most terrible experiences that I've had in the Netherlands.
