We once rented a property managed by them. We experienced severe leaks several times, literally pouring. Solving problems? Forget it. They leave you out in the cold. We are still involved in a lawsuit; you get the runaround. Professionalism is nowhere to be found. You can't reach anyone; they don't reply to your emails. We have since sold the business. We have been waiting for our bank guarantee since February. Almost half a year has passed now, and still nothing. Maybe they will respond this time!! Think 20 times before contacting this company.
