I engaged Stad en Land Makelaars for the sale of my home. I was assisted by Ilona and Sander. They managed to exceed all my expectations regarding the sale! The communication style is concise, clear, and fast! Sander has a good understanding of the housing market and his passion shines through. Additionally, he was able to provide me with excellent support regarding other questions. All in all, highly recommended!
Not recommendable at all. First experience while looking for an apartment: the real estate agent showed up late, took me to a different apt from what I had asked to see and tried to charge me for one-month mediation fee, which is against NVM policies. Second experience, I ended up renting out a place from a friend of a friend, but they manage the selling of the very same apt. Against what we had agreed upon, they accessed my own apt without me being inside, and then teased me saying that having the keys they could access anytime without even me knowing it. Their behavior has proved to be against any common sense and respect, they definitely care much more for money than for people.
