Literally could not even reply. Nico contacted me first, then after I sent an email explaining what I'm looking for he asked for a phone called that took 1 minute just for him to ask me to send an email again. So I sent basically the same one, and a follow up after no reply. Still no reply.
I’m really satisfied with the service! I called the agency in the afternoon, and Nico (the agent) arranged a viewing for the apartment just two hours later. The next day, we exchanged the necessary documents, and by the following day, we had already signed the contract — everything happened within just three days! Nico was also incredibly flexible and understanding, I was really busy at the time, so we ended up signing the contract around midnight on a Friday night. The whole process was super fast, smooth, and professional. I highly recommend this agency!
