We were living in China while selling our house in Rotterdam, and thanks to Danish we did not have to travel back to the Netherlands at all. He handled everything for us and even went above and beyond what was expected. For example, he helped check the apartment when the tenant moved out and made sure everything was in order. Throughout the process he guided us clearly, explained each step, and managed the sale in a way that allowed us to receive the offer exactly as we had hoped. It made what could have been a very stressful situation feel smooth and under control. Honestly, we have nothing to complain about in the whole process. On the contrary, we are only grateful and full of praise for the way Danish handled everything.
