I had a great experience working with Metz Real Estate to sell my apartment in Rotterdam. I met Alina in person at the start and immediately loved her energy. I was abroad and in a different time zone during the viewings and the sale, but they helped me manage everything smoothly from afar. Denise and Anwar were always helpful and easy to reach, and the whole team was quick to respond and just really nice to deal with. The process felt very personal and warm. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking to sell.

As a first-time homebuyer, I walked into the process with zero experience and a lot of uncertainty, but working with Metz Real Estate made all the difference. Terrible experience with a real state agent.

Metz Real Estate helped me with the sale of my apartment. I spoke with three different agencies before making a choice and I'm happy that I chose for Metz. They have a talented and knowledgeable team and the communication was great during the entire process. There is no need to look any further than Metz, I strongly recommend working with them if you want to buy or sell a house.

Update: I have been contacted by the owner & CEO Alina Bijster, who listened to the issues I faced with the agency and has offered to exhaust every possible road to rectify the situation and the inconvenience they may have unintentionally caused, and that to me counts as excellent customer service. While I may not be able to use their services at the time, I am inclined to say they will definitely be the agency I think of when I need real estate services, because they care about the people using their services up to a standard I have not yet encountered with an agency here but wished to see. They were great until they weren't. I applied to an apartment they listed and went to the viewing, First contact and process were really good. Mind you this was in December, the market is harsh and we needed an apartment badly, but it's also understandable if we don't get it because it's not up to them, and they communicated that we didn't get the apartment in a timely manner and that was that. What went wrong: December the 31st 11:25 PM exactly I get a phone call from the agency that I was unable to answer because I was in a meeting until 11:30, which is when I call back. The person that answers me says I can leave a message and they will get back to me quickly once she checks which agent was trying to reach me. I also sent an email to the agent I was working with for this apartment. Both were completely ignored, we're one week later and not a single peep from the agency and I have no idea what that phone call was about.

Ik kan niet anders dan lovend zijn over het proces van de verkoop van mijn huis. Van het eerste contact tot het moment dat de deal was gesloten, alles verliep snel, soepel en zonder enige stress. Het team was uiterst professioneel, maar tegelijkertijd ook heel persoonlijk en meedenkend. Ze gaven duidelijke uitleg over het proces, stelden een realistische vraagprijs voor mijn woning voor en zorgden voor een uitstekende presentatie van mijn huis, inclusief prachtige foto's en een aantrekkelijke omschrijving. Binnen no-time had ik al meerdere geïnteresseerden en werd mijn huis boven verwachting snel verkocht. Ik voelde me echt ondersteund gedurende het hele proces, van de onderhandelingen tot de uiteindelijke overdracht. Ik ben ontzettend tevreden over hoe alles is verlopen en zou dit bedrijf ten zeerste aanbevelen aan iedereen die zijn of haar huis wil verkopen!

Persoonlijk en kundig! Wij zijn ontzettend tevreden met de begeleiding van Alina, Denise en Emma. Ze luisterden goed naar onze wensen en stonden steeds voor ons klaar. Dankzij hun inzet en betrokkenheid is het ons in deze lastige woningmarkt tóch gelukt om in de stad Rotterdam iets te vinden binnen ons budget.
