We had a great experience with Perfect Rent! The process was smooth and straightforward from start to finish. Our agent, Stephanie, was especially helpful and responsive throughout. She communicated clearly, answered all our questions promptly, and made sure everything went as planned. We really appreciated her professionalism and friendly approach.
Onprofessioneel als makelaar. Ik heb meerdere bezichtigingen gedaan met elk hun eigen verhaal. 1e bezichtiging was alles goed verlopen, en kreeg ik te horen "geen geschikte kandidaat te zijn" ook al kon ik bewijzen dat ik genoeg inkomen en geen verdere lasten zou hebben. Na hierop te reageren ben ik op een soort block-list gezet. Als ik nu reageer op woningen (waarvan ik ironisch genoeg wel de nieuwsbrief voor krijg), ook al staan ze net op de website hoor ik nooit wat terug. Om dit te omzeilen heb ik mijn partners naam gebruikt (na later dan met mijn naam op dezelfde woning te hebben gereageerd) kreeg zij opeens wel een bezichtiging. Na de bezichtiging heb ik mijn naam opgegeven doordat ik het hoofdinkomen draag tussen ons 2, hebben wij (je raadt het al) nooit meer wat terug gehoord. Ik heb hierna meerdere keren e-mails verstuurd, die natuurlijk ook nooit beantwoord worden. Machtsmisbruikers
