This company doesn't even deserve one star. The most unprofessional and arrogant real estate agency in Rotterdam, and perhaps even the Netherlands. I've never experienced such poor service. An agent who never responds, is constantly on vacation, and is unreachable by email or phone. Not to mention the smooth talk and promises, which are made to multiple parties, making them completely unreliable! They need to re-evaluate the concept of customer service, because their phone interactions are downright antisocial. Don't do business with these agents; they cheat and lie to you.

This real estate agency is completely out of order. It's a shame that in the current housing market, they have a monopoly. We were promised several times something, but nothing came of it. The first house we were allowed to view was beautiful; we were very interested. Surprise, we were supposed to move in the following week! Nothing could be further from the truth, as we were supposed to get the keys two days later, but we heard nothing. We called and emailed, but no one knew anything. After a week, they contacted us again. They apologized, and we were hopeful again because we would be at the top of the list for the other houses. Others had already moved in. House two was also very beautiful. We were supposed to hear something within a few days. Two weeks later, after several calls, we still hadn't heard anything. We knew what the deal was, and we weren't getting this house either. We were promised a new house; we would be able to view this one; we just needed to schedule an appointment. You guessed it: this viewing never happened. Most unprofessional real estate agency in Rotterdam. Avoid like the plague.

I received a response to two viewings for two properties. The first one went well; it was a beautiful property, a good price, and we were interested. We were told we'd get a response within a short time, asking if we could secure the property. After a week and a half, still no response. I called, and the operator, in an unprofessional tone, indicated it could take much longer, knowing the property was only a few days away from completion. No one from Realestate showed up for the second viewing. After another phone call, the operator said she was just a "telephone operator" and didn't know anything beyond what she was told. They supposedly contacted me to let me know that a replacement person would be conducting the viewing. And yes, you guessed it, I haven't heard anything back. I was supposed to be called back Monday (yesterday) for a reschedule, and I haven't heard anything since. It's absolutely scandalous and unprofessional how you treat potential clients. Once but never again.

They will make you think you are getting a place, get all kinds of private information and documents from you and then be completely unresponsive for months. The receptionist never knows anything, and keeps saying I should call later for a month now.
