Super fijn geholpen! Altijd snelle en duidelijke communicatie!
Mijn vriend en ik waren op zoek naar een woning in Rotterdam. Na talloze bezichtigingen aanvragen waarbij we niets hoorden, of woningen die al verhuurd bleken te zijn, kwamen we in contact met Rent an Apartment.<br><br>We zijn door iedereen ontzettend goed geholpen, maar in het bijzonder willen we Pien bedanken voor het fijne contact. Dankzij haar hebben we ons droomappartement gevonden, en dit alles was ook nog eens ongelooflijk snel geregeld. We kunnen ons geluk niet op!

Rent an Apartment really helped us out! We were rejected for the first option we applied for, but right after they sent us an email (we didn't even have to look for this) for a viewing for another apartment, which is the one we ended up getting. It was all a really smooth process, and they put you in contact with a company that arranges the utilities for you, which makes it so easy, free of charge.<br>We are very happy ans glad we were helped so much by Rent an Apartment.
Wij kunnen Rent An Apartment zeker aanraden. Na een lange zoektocht waren wij uitgenodigd voor een bezichtiging en 2 weken later hebben wij de sleutels overgedragen gekregen. We moesten erg veel documenten leveren en ook zelfs een aanbetaling doen om interesse te tonen, maar het was het allemaal waard. Nu wonen wij in een prachtig ruim appartement voor een hele redelijke huurprijs!
We were looking for an apartment for my mother in law, and requested a visit to two apartments for hire. Rent an Apartment advised against those two due to the small stairs, and recommended an apartment in the Blinkert instead. This apartment turned out to be exactly what we were looking for.<br><br>They then guided us through the application process, keeping in constant contact to inform us of information that needed to be provided and the status of the selection process. We were selected.<br><br>During the intake, pictures were taken to provide us with a status inventory of the situation during intake, to protect us from damage claims already apparent during the start of the rental period. They also talked us through all the relevant aspects of the apartment before handing us the keys.<br><br>My mother in law was very pleased when she saw the apartment. It should provide for many years of wonderful living in Capelle aan den IJssel.
