We bought a house where Estate Makelaars was assigned as real estate agent. With documentation and all it went well. But It was difficult to communicate with this agency. They barely picked up phone! Also, with email, replies was not timely. Also, we did not hear anything from them about the final inspection, they only arranged it after we asked.

Our viewing was cancelled 10 min before the appointment. It took us each 3 hrs time off from work to view the house, the extremely short notification is totally disrespectful and a waste the viewer's time. We sent email and tried to called the day before viewing to make sure it's still available. The viewing was still confirmed in the morning and was called off while we were already off the metro and walking toward the house. It was totally shocking when walking on the street and hearing this from the agent.
