Unfortunately quote is cancelled as I was not quick enough (2 days). So I guess I am not using Evergreen. Jay was very pushy and forceful trying to get me to sign. They work with warm funds and even on the warmth funds site it tells you not to sign anything untill given the ok from them. So strange that they want you to sign even if they know you shouldn't on warmth fund advice. Overall the worst quote experience yet.

The final result of the solar panel installation was very good. It's evident that they prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to deliver the best possible outcome, regardless of the hurdles along the way. Even when unforeseen challenges arose, they handled everything with efficiency and this is exactly why I am happy for picking Innodura. A special mention must go to Kevin, whose support and dedication throughout the process were nothing short of remarkable. He was always available to answer our queries and went above and beyond to ensure that we were informed and comfortable at every stage.

Their electrician took out the wires of an outlet and couldn’t pull trough the new ones and left it empty. While there already was an available outlet with 6 wires just above. Also he drilled in the tiles there. So he left me with an empty socket and drill holes and company came to “fix” it twice. Didn’t have the right tools and then told me that it was my order and so my problem. After delaying the project the day before and adding more than 500 euro at the last moment it seems all a bit unfair. Now the converter hangs in my bedroom making sounds and light, cables exposed, while better options were available but more work. Feels like bad service. On top of that they promised to fix it again, didn’t do that and blamed it on me again and also still haven’t provided the promised layout of solar panels. And while being sour - the workers pissed all over my toilet while having a small child in the house.

Innodura just installed a new SolarEdge system at my house. Communication for the sales and preparation part was very good, Peter always reacted very fast to me. From accepting the offer to having the panels installed it took less than 2 weeks, which is great lead time in a moment when a lot of people are installing panels. The guys installing the panels are not Innodura, but work for them. They were very nice, respectful, thinking along with me for the best configuration, asking questions and giving some status updates. 100% happy with them. When they finished the work it was already night and the panels couldn't be tested. Next day I was the panels weren't working and reported the issue. They came to solve it directly the day after. Great service overal, recommend to anyone thinking of installing a new solar panel system.

We are very happy with the installation of solar panels by Innodura. From the very beginning, the process went smoothly and efficiently. The communication was great, all my questions were answered quickly and to my satisfaction. The installation itself went much faster than I expected, everything is working properly. Great job, Peter and the team!
