It is the first time we work with a house inspector and we did not disappointed by Safwat's work at all. He came with his own tool and just go straight to business. A person whom you can trust will prevent you from a bad buy. Will work with him again with no doubt .
We hired Safwat for a technical inspection for the house, he was friendly, professional, thorough and gave us a timely and proper report on cost and time calculations. He discussed the issues in detail with us, answered all the questions we had and helped us getting a lot of other land related answers from the seller. I am hiring again for another friend. Highly recommended.
Great, friendly, honest, fast and fair. We would do it again if needed.
It was nice to have this inspector to have the home inspection. Inspected thoroughly.
Safwat was very thorough, fast, knowledgeable, and honest. It was our first time buying a house and we were very glad to have him on our team--it gave us a lot of confidence and saved us money. I recommend him highly.
