Professional service. Appointment confirmed on the day I put my request on the website. Very competent repairman inspected the machine, could not find the fault, took it away and 2 working days later it was back with us, reinstalled and working fine. Reasonable cost. Would recommend this company to anyone.

He gave honest assessment and suggestion. I negotiated on the price of the new machine. Fair price, and receipt is very clear (no hidden costs whatsoever). Then, after couple of days, the new machine was making noise. I called and texted him about the problem. He went to called the oven-company, and insisted them to provide a replacement oven. They agreed, and a 2nd new replacement oven is now installed (without any extra charges) Thanks for the great (and extra) service!
