Typical Dutch lazy and completely lacking any customer service company, they couldn’t care less if your boiler doesn’t work or you need an urgent appointment. Their staff is always on holiday or sick leave and you have to wait for weeks or even months to get a basic check up. Yet they expect you to pay a nice fee! Even when I had an appointment they made me wait for the whole day and never showed up on time. Was glad to cancel all my relationships with them finally, as it became a big and very unpleasant experience.

I was left without hot water and heating for two weeks, and Hennink Installatietechniek BV W M did nothing to resolve the issue — despite the fact that we have a yearly contract with them. I spoke several times with Vicent and Robin, who were both aware of the situation. They repeatedly promised to call back, but never did. I always had to follow up myself, and not once did they provide a real solution. At one point, they even claimed that the heater company hadn’t informed them correctly, while I was standing right next to the technician as he passed on the information to them. It was clear that Hennink made errors during the installation, yet they still refused to take responsibility and chose to shift the blame. All this happened while my partner had just returned from a rehabilitation center and urgently needed a warm and safe home environment. Instead, we were left in the cold — literally. After everything, I’m disappointed to hear them now say that this situation is "unfamiliar" to them. That only highlights a serious lack of internal communication and follow-through. This was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. A company should take responsibility for their work and honor their service agreements — not leave customers in distress. We have had Hennink maintenance service for 5 years and it has always worked very well. This week our boiler broke and they fixed everything in 2 days. I would like to highlight the availability, efficiency and professionalism of everyone, from the office to the technicians in the field. A special thanks to Hans and Vincent for having managed, in such a short space of time, to install the new boiler the following day.

== DO NOT CHOOSE HENNICK == Very bad company. New boiler was installed by them (total 3250 euros) but it leaked CO after a year. The maintanence plan and warranty of the boiler do not cover the cost (600 euros). There is warranty but always exception. They blamed at the weather and said the they cannot control the weather. But I believe a good installation can resist on weather, especially this is pretty new. The customer service is also non-communicable. So, == DO NOT CHOOSE HENNICK == Period

This company deliverers very professional work. I had some problems with my toilet and got revert here by a family member of mine. I called them and within 2 weeks my toilet was fixed it it works perfectly now. I was also able to pay by invoice. Very professional and I would call them again
