Ricardo and Justin did a great job. We wanted to remove some radiators, and that wasn't easy in our old house. An appointment was scheduled quickly, and they were friendly and helpful with the assignment we had given them.
My experience is bad. Appointments are not kept (can happen once, but still annoying; I have to work from home and wait), passed-on information keeps getting lost, and finally, the new appointment was cancelled after weeks of waiting. Even though our shower was broken; a sort of emergency, really. But Patricia didn't care about that at all. And for that, they charge an hourly rate of 125.00, which starts running the moment they leave the previous client's place! The front office really needs to be much better.
A fine and professional family business that knows how to listen to its customers. Satisfied with this company for over 30 years.
Watch out! They do nothing when they were suppose to and dare billing you afterwards! Even if on their site it says that they will come freely for advices and quotes...watch out!
