To start with… the Friendly staff, Martin helped us and we had a nice conversation with the owner as well. The guidance was very welcome and helped us make the best decision. They have the farrow & ball line paint that is really great and has truly transformed our living space. They also do wall paper to order. I would highly recommend this paint store
Rigid return and change policy. I bought standard paint, and after few days, without opening the paint, I asked if I can change it to another color. The shop said no. With this return&change policy I would never go there again. Sorry I cannot give more than one star unfortunately. P.S: I like to see small shops in the cities but I'm afraid with this rigidity in return & change policy they would lose to online shopping. If I bought the same standard product online from the paint producer website, I would have had min 14 days of return possibility.
