Initial contact was professional and friendly, with clear communication around scheduling. The stained‑glass coloured windows look very good, and functionally the frames work well — the windows open and close exactly as intended. However, the frames have several small defects, which the company believes are “cosmetic,” offering only a €50 reduction. The handling of the wood finish was more disappointing: the initial basic finish was extremely amateur, and although the specific finish had never been discussed or agreed, the company refused to take responsibility. No meaningful reduction was offered for the expensive “deluxe” finish, which feels significantly overpriced given its simple design. As a result, we exceeded our budget and ended up painting the wood ourselves to limit further costs — an unexpected task. Overall, while the windows function well, the experience left us feeling that we overpaid for what we received. My suggestion if you are talking with Stauko (or any other company) is to make sure that you are not only clear on the window frames being installed, but also that you have an in-depth discussion around the wood finishing work too. And make sure that this is documented so it is clear for both sides before the work begins.

Kornel helped us a lot choosing the design and materials that best fitted our house. The installation went very smooth with no problem, and Noury and Nasser did a fantastic job leaving no damage behind. We’ll surely contact Stauko again in the future!
