Simply the most shocking experience. Do not work with them, they are serial liars and do never return your calls. The quality is average and work still unfinished (3 months after). I ended up having to go to the store to confront them but Jim violently kicked me out of his store. My kids (2 and 4) and I are still in shock. Feel free to reach out, very happy to share my experience and spare anyone this absolute hell

If there were negative rating options i would have provided this company as such. Disrespectful father and son, who don’t answer on phone calls, ask for money upfront, and once paid, they disappear. Our flooring is incomplete and it’s been a whole year we follow up with them but they are that rude to not respond or fix. DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE. Btw, other than the unfinished work, their workers damaged our walls and window stones, as well as our staircase! Jim and Boris, we were very patient with you and we avoided messing with your reputation but this is well deserved at this point.

The work is mediocre and the customer service is awful. Jim and Boris can be reached easily when they want to sell you something, but as soon as problems arise, they will not answer the phone anymore. This company asks for 100% down payment. Don’t do it. It has been 2 months, and I’m still waiting for them to fix this floor. No one calls back or answers my phone calls. Truly awful company which you should avoid 0 stars

Very honest review Good - after some suffering for the process, we are happy with the floor. The guy that they contract for the herringbone installation is a true professional. The contractor that installs plank floor is less good, but still acceptable. Bad - communication is very poor and also planning had not little hiccups. The very bad aspect is that they sold us too much floor (I told them math was wrong, but hey, they are the experts) then promising to get it back and refund for the extra if any left. We ended up with 14 m2 still packed (I guess my math was right) for a total of c. 750euro we should have get back.... they completely disappeared and ghosted us, no chance to make a contact. To have the money back we have started legal procedure. One more thing to add to the very busy period of starting a new house I strongly recommend not to pay 100% in advance as they ask given this experience

We recently had the Flooring Company installing a new flooring in our house, and the entire experience was nothing short of a nightmare. Initially, they presented themselves as professional, but this facade quickly disappeared once they received the order and payment. Shockingly, they demanded 100% of the payment upfront, which is highly unusual. Thankfully, we didn't comply and after payment, their attitude changed dramatically. They made numerous false promises regarding the quality of their work and the project timeline. They missed every deadline and delivered poor-quality work. Months later, several issues remain unresolved, and we are still living with holes in our floors. Their lack of follow-through and blatant disregard for our concerns is unacceptable. Despite our repeated requests, they have shown no interest in fixing the problems. Their after-sales service is simply non-existent. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of the Flooring Company. Their initial professionalism is just a cover for their incompetent and possibly fraudulent operations. We highly recommend avoiding this company to save yourself from significant trouble and disappointment.
