OPTIMUM Renovation, Construction & Maintenance

I had a complete bathroom renovation and was very satisfied with the service as well as the final product. Nicholas did a great job in the renovation and Mohammed maintained frequent communication throughout the whole process to make sure that I was happy with the work being done.

I hired Optimum for a full renovation of my bathroom and the installation of a wall insulation. I'm more than satisfied with the results. The works were carried out professionally, autonomously and without large delays. I wish I had a bit more guidance with the procurement of materials and the organisation of the deliveries, but overall things went well. Another positive note is that I could speak in English with most of the people involved.

They have achieved the seemingly impossible: they completely redid my small apartment in The Hague in the middle of summer, in just five weeks. The renovation had to be done exactly as the interior architect's detailed designs specified. The task was also challenging because I wasn't in the Netherlands during the entire renovation, so we kept in touch via video calls only. Mike and Muhammet were my main contacts: they were available to discuss any issues at any time, day or night. They and their superb team fixed all unexpected problems that came up, coordinated all the other third-party suppliers, calmed the neighbours when they needed to, and delivered a perfect, beautiful new apartment. They were my eyes and ears througout the project. I was very happy with the work, and so was the interior designer. And when it turned out that the deadline would not be met, an extra group of professionals was called in, who worked very hard all week and weekend to get everything finished on time.
