I hired Optimum for a full renovation of my bathroom and the installation of a wall insulation. I'm more than satisfied with the results. The works were carried out professionally, autonomously and without large delays. I wish I had a bit more guidance with the procurement of materials and the organisation of the deliveries, but overall things went well. Another positive note is that I could speak in English with most of the people involved.
I can only the MOST HIGHLY recommend the whole team at Optimum Renovaties, including Mike, Muhammet and all the other excellent craftsmen. They have achieved the seemingly impossible: they completely redid my small apartment in The Hague in the middle of summer, in just five weeks. The renovation had to be done exactly as the interior architect's detailed designs specified. The task was also challenging because I wasn't in the Netherlands during the entire renovation, so we kept in touch via video calls only. Mike and Muhammet were my main contacts: they were available to discuss any issues at any time, day or night. They and their superb team fixed all unexpected problems that came up, coordinated all the other third-party suppliers, calmed the neighbours when they needed to, and delivered a perfect, beautiful new apartment. They were my eyes and ears througout the project. I was very happy with the work, and so was the interior designer. The neighbours in our apartment building also thought that the Optimum Renovaties team worked very professionally and kept the building clean at all times. I don’t know who gave them This rating but the rating tricked us into trusting them. We paid them in cash weekly and they didn’t even own up to their responsibility. They ripped us off didn’t finish the project. We bought materials for the flooring they completely ruined and left everything and stopped responding because the mess up was so bad that they couldn’t even clean it up. Please do not trust them ! They are incompetent people with bad attitude that at first seem quite the opposite. Attached are pictures of how they left the property.

Optimum completely renovated our new house. Agreements were strictly adhered to. And when it turned out that the deadline would not be met, an extra group of professionals was called in, who worked very hard all week and weekend to get everything finished on time. And they succeeded. Communication with owner Dennis was smooth and professional. We are very satisfied and will recommend Optimum to our friends and acquaintances.
