When we were looking into renovating our house, we asked around and were recommended by a family friend who had just renovated his duplex apartment, to consider Vijf Sterren Renovatie. Ever since, we've discovered first hand that the contractor has a good team and throughtout the renovation project they also showed very good teamwork with other professionals involved. Vijf Sterren Renovatie also has an excellent management of budget and time, and they were perfectly consistent with the first budget offer througout the process. During our project they installed a roof light installation, floor- and other heating, did plasterwork, new electricity, airconditioning, installed plumbing and ventillation, neat tilework, carpentry (both outdoor/inside), etc. We are grateful for their work as the job was very well done, which provided peace and trust during the process.
We had a big renovation of our townhouse from April to June 2025 — the whole interior was painted, bathroom, toilet and the garden were completely redone, several new windows were installed, and even the staircase was repainted exactly as we wanted. And a lot of other different small things. Everything was finished on time, within the agreed budget, and with great attention to detail. The Vijf Sterren team worked professionally, neatly, and with a friendly attitude. Oleg was there with helpful advice, and the foreman stayed in touch throughout the process — easy to communicate with and very supportive. Everything turned out exactly as we had envisioned in our design plans. Any renovation can be stressful, but with this team, it felt much easier. Oleg and his team completed a full renovation of our row house, including floor and wall insulation; installation of interior walls; replacement of beams and windows; underfloor heating; electrical and plumbing work; plastering; and new bathrooms. We are extremely satisfied with the quality, speed, and communication. Costs were agreed in advance and adhered to, and any minor variations were optional and handled with pre-agreement. I would definitely recommend Oleg and his team for any renovation project.
Oleg and his team insulated my apartment. Walls and ceilings. They did a great work, very fast and with wonderful price to quality ratio. No hidden costs, materials in the same price, no margins. Now my house will be energy efficient and very warm. Here are some photos. PS. Due to massive encounters of orders, Oleg is very busy and might sometimes respond too late. But it’s worth waiting.
