We enjoyed our trial lesson very much. It is clean, cozy, and easy to reach. It’s nice to train without crowds. Very helpful manager. Sadly didn’t have all the equipment we hoped for.

This is a real gem in the city of Hague! They have everything that you need, cardio equipment, squat racks, olympic barbells, dumbells, multi-gym maschines, and best of all great and kind staff in schedule organisation. There is max 4 persons per time slot policy which makes it ideal for your training session. I highly recommend!
This is a very nice experience, you feel private in an unknown enviroment which may be very suitable for some people. The place is clean and the owner is very kind.

Incredibly steep price increase from 50 to 80 in the name of inflation correction. When I enquired about this I was getting ChatGPT texts from the owner, which left a bad taste in my mouth.
