This is a real gem in the city of Hague! They have everything that you need, cardio equipment, squat racks, olympic barbells, dumbells, multi-gym maschines, and best of all great and kind staff in schedule organisation. There is max 4 persons per time slot policy which makes it ideal for your training session. I highly recommend!

Incredibly steep price increase from 50 to 80 in the name of inflation correction. When I enquired about this I was getting ChatGPT texts from the owner, which left a bad taste in my mouth.

I’ve been coming here for a month and honestly can say it’s one of the best investments I’ve made for my health. I love the smaller more intimate vibe with a 4 person limit- although less variety of machines than a larger gym you actually get space to work out and you’re not constantly waiting for people to finish with weights. I personally hate walking into a large gym and it not feeling personable and feeling like I need to figure it out on my own, but Raza is so welcoming and ensures you are training safely and having fun. I really appreciated that my first time in the gym was actually sitting down face to face and discussing goals, nutrition and lifestyle rather than heading straight into a gym induction. I also really appreciate that the gym rules are to train in silence - everyone else I have met there training too is friendly and supportive, but keep themselves to themselves focusing on their workout. For anyone like me who needed a bit of help getting a training plan that fit around my schedule and confidence in using a gym, get yourself over to Homegym and get a PT session in.

Great gym, so glad to have this in the area. It’s like having a properly stocked home gym that you could never afford on your own 😁 Lots of equipment (free weights, barbells, squat rack, bench, cable machines and more). Clean and easy to use. Whenever I went I had the place to myself. Owner is very responsive and helpful on WhatsApp too. Wish I had this everywhere!

I have went to a trial session during my business trip to The Hague. I had an opportunity to get a free trial session and generous amount of time ~ 90 min to train. I like the concept and such places are very nice to have around to keep up with training schedule while travelling. It has basic equipment for weightlifting and stretching, and three cardio machines: row, run and cycle. Also access to small coffee kitchen and small fridge with energy drinks to purchase. The place has automatic locks which work with an app; mine had a glitch and I really appreciate that Raza was available per whatsapp to get in and gave friendly instructions regarding the place overall The downside for me was that there were no kettlebells and the choice of rubber bands. But all in all it is a decent option to try out, especially regarding the opportunity to have it as a „private“ calm quite studio :)
