Onze cv-ketel was kapot. Ons onderhoudsbedrijf vroeg een exorbitant bedrag voor de vervanging. Daarom ben ik op zoek gegaan naar andere installateurs. HRI Techniek reageerde als eerste en bood een oplossing op maat voor een redelijke prijs. Een werkdag later kwamen ze langs om onze nieuwe cv-ketel te installeren. Alles werkt perfect, het is vlekkeloos, goed gedaan en bedankt!
Khalid heeft ons geweldig geholpen met het repareren van onze ketel. De communicatie was heel goed en snel. Het proces zeer transparant en helemaal volgens afspraak.

Very unprofessional company that does not respect your time.<br><br>I booked a 4-hour window (12:00 AM - 4:00 PM), but the technician never showed up and failed to call. I had to reach out myself to find out what happened. They rescheduled me for the next morning at 8:00 AM as the first appointment. By 8:30 AM, no one had arrived. When I followed up, they told me the technician was just getting materials and would be an hour late.<br><br>When I politely asked if they could "please hurry up" because I had to get to work, the representative became incredibly defensive, claimed my language was "inappropriate," and cancelled the appointment on the spot.<br><br>Total lack of professionalism, zero accountability for being 15 hours late, and terrible customer service. Avoid HRi techniek if you want reliable service and respectful communication.
Had a great experience with HRi. Was looking to repair the cv-kettle, but they advised to change it since it was wrongly installed and old enough to be changed. Everything went well starting from initial communication, setting appointment to installation, after-work instructions and payment. Best part was the easy communication with Khalid which made everything clear and smooth. Overall happy with the process and the results.<br>Definitely recommend!

Vanaf het eerste contact tot en met de oplevering zijn wij ontzettend tevreden over de service.
