A blockage caused a leak in my meter box. I received excellent service; everything was fixed within 24 hours. Excellent plumber in The Hague.

I had a toilet that kept running. It was great that someone came quickly to look at it, even though it was the middle of the holidays. Unfortunately, that's the only positive thing I can report. The technician who arrived didn't have anything with him. I gave him a screwdriver, and he and a colleague fiddled around with it. The result: the toilet didn't run for 10 minutes. I never received the promised repair quote. Instead, I received an invoice for €206.91, stating that the entire toilet needed to be replaced. And if I only had the internals replaced, I wouldn't get a warranty. No other quote whatsoever. In short, a very bad experience. I called another plumber, who replaced the internals to my complete satisfaction.

It's remarkable that I've only seen rave reviews. I was less impressed with this company myself. I paid a call-out fee for a literally five-minute "check"—no problem in itself, of course—but €200 for a plumber who spends less than five minutes looking at the leak, then says the cause is unclear and leaves without having done anything (so they're waiting for now) seems rather steep to me.
