I engaged Kimmik, and after a very pleasant introductory meeting, I decided to work with her. Over the following two years, the plans took shape, and ultimately, it resulted in a beautiful outcome. Kim honors all agreements, has good ideas, collaborates with a professional team, supervises the planned work, and is communicative. Because I primarily live abroad, it was not possible for me to arrange everything remotely myself.
