Vladi solved the moisture problem in our crawl space very well! He replaced the sewer and pipes, reinforced the beams and removed mold, insulated them, and then installed a level subfloor. Vladi and his team are friendly, hardworking, and quick to respond. Highly recommended!
Vladi is a top-notch handyman! He's done a tremendous job for us: he's renovated the entire front facade (painted and sealed), tackled the balcony edges, coated the gutters, and even tidied up the balconies. In short, he's done almost the entire house. Always neat and tidy, and he does a great job. What I really appreciate is that he's proactive and solves any small jobs he encounters right away. Yesterday, my lock suddenly got stuck and I couldn't get into my living room – he was there within 10 minutes with his right hand to help me out. That speaks volumes about his dedication and reliability. Vladi is a friendly, reliable guy, and his rates are also fair. I really enjoy working with him and definitely recommend him!
A very pleasant collaboration with Vladimir! The first time, regarding an urgent request concerning a leak, he said "it will be fine" about the price. Always nerve-wracking, but I was helped very quickly, efficiently, and at a very reasonable rate! Since then, I have had all my jobs carried out by Vladimir, always with great satisfaction. It was a long search for a good contractor who is also a jack-of-all-trades, but I am very happy that I found one!
