Extremely unprofessional and arrogant notary. Scheduled themselves a date and time for signing agreement, then several days before start changing time. Also said possible to sign remotely, then demand presence. And no apology or explanation. Were chosen through the buyer, I would not advise them for sure.

Quite stressful to communicate with them in the beginning, both through phone and email...lady that I got to talk to was not very polite. After someone else got my case it got better though, and they were able to do the job in the end. At the signing day everyone was nice and efficient.

We unfortunately worked with this notary though I would not do so again. Poor communication and customer-unfriendly. Even though we paid a lot of money for their services, they rushed through the process, rebuffed us when we had questions, and in general acted like this basic job was a big inconvenience for them.

We had this notary for buying our new house. During the signature we needed to put them in stand-by to call the bank and feed our baby in their office. They have been gentle all along this process and charged a little extra. Professionally they delivered a complete job. We came back three years later. They haven't been friendly anymore. They changed the time of the meeting and suggested we could not discuss it with this sentence: "you better come on time". Also the notary asked me to wear a mouth mask, while he was sneezing without mask. Everything was dealt with a certain hurry. Pity, it seems they have changed in the past few years.

Edited. Requested a quotation for the set-up of legal documentation. The answer was not personalized, direct and rude: "we don't have time and wish you all the best". Further to the feedback given by e-mail I received a phone call and e-mail that it was not their intention to be rude. I need to say that their follow up is nice but the feeling of their first response remains. First impression makes it.
