That’s the place that after 3 emails and 2 phone calls still they didn’t manage to give a simple answer in my request. We needed a simple pre-agreement contract for purchasing a property. The lady that was answering the phone in both times was totally unprofessional claiming the emails never reached them, speaking with arrogance and attitude. That’s not possible because the emails have never returned to me either🤷‍♂️ Someone is lying here and that’s not me. When I explained my request via phone she kept saying “send us an email”. Even though that is exactly what I did, from her side she didn’t do the slightest move to be helpful even though I was explaining her the situation.<br>Very well deserved 1 star for lack of professionalism as they are choosing the cases, they have bad attitude through the phone and overall they are totally unproductive.🫶

Fijne begeleiding door Luca bij de aankoop van ons huis. Vriendelijk, snel en professioneel. Heeft ons zelfs geholpen om een wijziging in de gemeentelijke administratie van het gebruiksdoel van de woning te versnellen. Kortom, topservice!
