Incompetent then they block you if you call back. Avoid at all costs
I have called for a mice issue in my flat. After 1 month from their intervention, mice were back. I called them and complained referring to their "guaranteed results" mentioned on their website, my phone number got blocked. I called with a second number and after some screaming I managed to have another person sent to my flat to fix the issue. Another month later, mice are back in my flat, and when I try to call them, guess what? Also second number is blocked. Very professional behaviour. Wasted money.
I had a bed bug problem and called Hartman Ongediertebestrijding for help. They were professional, friendly, and knew exactly what to do. The treatment worked, and I haven't seen any bed bugs since. They also gave me great advice on preventing future issues. Highly recommend their service!
