Don't sign any form they make you hastily do during their visits. I signed for a gel treatment for ants around 175 euros, assuming it's an exclusive pesticide and it will be one application. It turned out it's a gel easily available in the market, and it needs to be applied in three sessions (3 x 175 !). With the consent of the technician who came to our home to apply, I refused the treatment and only consented to pay for the visit, scheduling etc of the technician (he told something around 30 euros). And verified it with the cal center. Then received a 175 euros invoice anyway. I called the call center to fix it, and I was told something around 60 euros, I was still okay, and made my appeal in the written form too. I received a phone call, saying I signed the form so I should pay, I objected as I refused the treatment and they still have the gel. Received a new invoice for 115 euros (95 + btw), and I paid because I don't want to get involved with these people any further. Let this be a Phyrric victory for them as I was going to recommend this firm to other people, but they prioritize short gains over the most basic business ethics. So that's okay.
