DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! totally agree with the comments shared below and have the same experience. At first Wouter van Willenswaard was very friendly and helped with the check in and finding new tenants, but when it comes to checking out, he was not responding to my messages, calls and email. I was promised and paid for a service, but never received it. I think this business is a scam, wouldn't recommend to trust.
This company doesn't deserve any star! They are swindlers, liars! I don't recommend them at all!!!! They promise, they make you sign documents, and afterward they ghost you, never answer phones and emails... I think these types of people should be charged/punished by law!
Booked me for a viewing then stood me up without explanation or apology. I had travelled from A’dam, too. Tempting as it was to go to the office and let them know what I thought of them, I think I may have dodged a bullet

Netjes geholpen aan een huurder
The first impression is perfect. They seem like people who make you think that they know what they're doing. They seem very friendly and helpful. But afterwards they will not do what they initially promised. They will not answer your calls or reply to emails if they don't feel like it. They will keep stalling just in case they need you. Very rude, inappropriate and disrespectful company. Doing business when everything is going well is easy, doing business when there's a creative approach needed shows ones true capability in their field. I don't recommend doing business with this company at all.
