Hello Housing - expat housing, serviced apartments

I had a great experience staying with Hello Housing during my relocation to the Netherlands. I moved from Brazil and arrived right around the holiday season (December–January), which can be a stressful time to settle in a new country—but the entire team made it incredibly smooth and welcoming. A special thank you to Ms. Marianne, who was particularly supportive and made me feel very well received from day one.<br>What really stands out is how easy it is to communicate with the team. They are always quick to respond, answer all your questions clearly, and are supportive throughout the entire stay. The whole process is very smooth, including a very fast deposit return at the end. They are simply easy to deal with in every small detail.<br>The contract process is also very straightforward and hassle-free, and it works perfectly for municipality registration, which is extremely important when you are relocating and settling in the Netherlands.<br>The location is excellent. It’s just one station away from the Central Station and only two tram stops from the Spui area, with easy access to shopping and municipality offices. There are also two convenient tram stops nearby and a very well-connected train station (Laan van NOI) in a walking distance, which often offers even more options than the Central Station.<br>The apartment itself is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including all necessary appliances. It’s truly move-in ready—even for families with children. In front of the building, there is a beautiful park with plenty of green space and a lovely view from the bedrooms, which adds a lot to the overall living experience.<br>Another big plus is the parking garage: very well designed, with many electric vehicle charging points and a highly convenient elevator with direct access to the garage level.<br>Overall, I highly recommend Hello Housing for anyone looking for a reliable, comfortable, and well-located temporary stay in the Netherlands.

I compared countless houses before choosing this one, and it turned out to be the perfect choice. As someone coming from abroad, I needed a place where I could live comfortably without bringing much luggage, and this apartment was fully equipped for that. I had expected that, being in Europe, supermarkets and shops would be far away, but here everything is within five minutes—supermarkets, a department store, a sports shop, and even a passage street.<br><br>What I appreciated the most was the warm indoor temperature and the quiet, considerate neighbors. Whenever there was a minor issue or something needed fixing in the apartment, Hello Housing took care of it right away. Normally, dealing with Dutch landlords can be quite a hassle, but the company handled everything for me, so I had nothing to worry about.<br><br>I felt completely safe and very satisfied. If I ever come back to live in The Hague again, this is the first company I will contact.

I stayed at a Hello Housing apartment for 2.5 months and delighted is an understatement. They have multiple accommodation options and I chose what worked for me in Rotterdam. The whole experience with them was great — very well furnished and more than functional apartment, thoughtful as had a large fan for me as this was June and July, very clean and arranged (at additional cost) a cleaning service for me, and Elze van Ramselaar and Jasper Verheij who I dealt with were friendly, understanding, supportive and very kind.
